Her passion for food drove her to be in the Food & Beverage Industry. She loves food (and everything associated with it) and decided to specialize in providing Accounting services only for Food & Beverage companies.

  • Her technical background is in Accounting and Management.
  • She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from San Diego State University – USA and an MBA from The University of San Diego – USA.
  • She has been involved in opening, operating, and managing her clients’ restaurants since 2008.
  • During this time, she observed that many people didn’t start restaurant businesses properly, leading to unnecessary stress, expensive setups, chaotic operations, and unprofitable businesses.
  • She wrote a book to assist individuals who want to open restaurants but lack experience in the Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Her ebook was first published in 2012, with updates in 2018, 2022, and 2024.
  • She also authored another ebook, Restaurant Undercover: 24 Proven Strategies to Prevent Thefts and Frauds in Restaurant Business.
